Much has been said about the newest cinematic take on Marvel’s 1st family of superheroes. Rumors about the synopsis, casting and interpretation of Dr. Doom have circulated all over the web. It’s time for the Fantastic Four to receive a respectable reboot of their movie universe. Luckily, 20th Century Fox has done just that and given longtime fans something to look forward to this summer. The 1st official teaser trailer for their 2015 FF film has now arrived, which can be seen above.
Here’s the official plot description for this latest superhero epic, which is being directed by Josh Trank:
Fantastic Four, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.

Fans can look forward to seeing 20th Century’s Fox rebooted Fantastic Four universe in theaters come August 7, 2015.
