In the strange clip Jack White is the only adult in a world full of crazed children drinking tussin, destroying furniture and spitting smoothies at each other. He’s in a real bind by the end. “I want love to murder my own mother” says Jack White, along with a bunch of other contradictory and amusing statements about love on this first single from upcoming solo album, Blunderbuss which shares it’s name with a kind of gun. It’s slated for release on White’s label, Third Man, in April.
