Kim Richards has had a very rough year as she has battled substance abuse, the loss of her ex-husband Monty Brinson to cancer, family issues and now a stressful stint on a new show called The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition. Tonight, the new reality show airs on Lifetime and shows a fight between Richards and former Bad Girls Club star Natalie Nunn. When Nunn gets into an argument with Richards’ daughter Kimberly and another cast member, Richards jumps to their defense, which puts her in the middle.
Tonight, Richards also has a sit-down interview with Andy Cohen that airs on Bravo and discusses her drunken arrest at the Polo Lounge. She told Cohen that she had fallen off the wagon since Spring 2015 after remaining sober for quite some time. She was having difficulty dealing with the emotional toll that caring for her cancer-stricken ex-husband had taken on her. Check out a clip of the Bravo interview below.
Kim Richards has struggled for years with her sobriety and has often been at odds with sister Kyle, who remains a cast member on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Richards’ stumbles and struggles played out on the show while she was part of the cast. Currently, she is not a full-time cast member.
