On Cinco de Mayo, there the holiday called National Totally Chipotle Day, isn’t necessarily dedicated to the chain restaurant. According to National Day Calendar, the holiday is actually to pay tribute to the chipotle pepper, which is a smoked, dried jalapeno pepper.
