Seth Hawk, an upstate New York teenager, has been named by police as the ringleader of a group of rowdy kids who trashed the plush home of former New England Patriot Brian Holloway, reports NBC News.
Six people have been arrested for organizing a party at Holloway’s home in Stephentown, New York, over the Labor Day weekend, with Hawk fingered as their leader. The party is reported to have drawn between 200-400 people on August 31 and was heavily promoted through social media channels, the party is reported to have racked up $20,000 worth of damage on Holloway’s home. The Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Office have said that more arrests will be forthcoming.

1. He’s Facing a String of Charges
Hawk is a native of Grafton, New York. He’s being charged with with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both felonies. In addition, he’s charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawfully dealing with a child, as well as alcohol related charges.
2. He’s a Foster Child
Hawk was taken into his family at 15 as a foster child. Brian Holloway confirmed to The Associated Press that Hawk was a friend of his sons. Holloway also commented that Hawk was a trouble kid but was back on track since being adopted into his family. Holloway dubbed Hawk’s involvement as “a shocker,” but added:
We’re still pulling for him. This may be the thing to get him on track.
3. Hawk Seemed to be Just Your Average Teenager
He graduated Berlin Central High School in Troy New York and is attending Utica College. Hawk maintains an active social media life, regularly posting updates to his Facebook and Twitter accounts, his Twitter though has been made private since his arrest was made public.
He played both baseball and basketball at high school.

5. More Arrests Are on the Way
Five others have been arrested in the case, according to CBS Albany they are:
Juan Santana – 20, of Grafton, charged with Criminal Trespass Second degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawfully Dealing with a child, misdemeanors for providing alcohol.
Cody D. Blain – 21, Berlin, charged with Criminal Trespass Second degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Unlawfully Dealing with a child, misdemeanors for providing alcohol.
Meghan Loiselle – 18, of Green Island, charged with Felony Grand Larceny 4th degree, for stealing a granite eagle statue valued over $1,200 and Criminal Trespass Second degree.
Mackenzie Grogan – 17, of Cohoes, charged with Felony Grand Larceny 4th degree, for stealing a granite eagle statue valued over $1,200 and Criminal Trespass Second degree
Keely C. Sullivan – 18, of Troy, charged with Felony Grand Larceny 4th degree, for stealing a granite eagle statue valued over $1,200 and Criminal Trespass Second degree.
