Hulk Hogan’s 25-year-old daughter, Brooke Hogan, was proposed to over the weekend under the Eiffel Tower — in Vegas! To whom? According to RumorFix, Dallas Cowboys star Phil Costa! Who knew the football player was a romantic? The magic moment was all caught on camera too, as a friend of the couple snapped pictures of Phil’s honorary moment from behind the scenes and posted it on Instagram for the world to see! Much love to the newly engaged couple! Meanwhile, is Brooke celebrating big for the second time this summer? It turns out the Daddys’s little girl just turned 25 in May! Hulk must be proud of his little girl… and also a little protective. I’d hate to be in Phil’s shoes right now! But, hopefully the football star is on Daddy’s good side…
