3. The Funeral Will Be For Family and Close Friends Only
You may have heard about Vin Diesel speaking to fans who gathered at Paul Walker’s crash site. Hundreds of people have left candles, photos, and other mementos at the accident site to remember the star. On December 2, 2013, family and friends were given private time at the scene for an intimate memorial service for Paul. Police vacated fans and media so that those close to the star could have their own moments to grieve. After the service, Vin addressed the fans present, thanking them for their love and support.
Much like the memorial service that the family had, Walker’s funeral will be small. According to Hollywood Life:
Paul’s funeral service will be a private event, for his family only — with the exception of the cast and crew of ‘The Fast and the Furious,’ who have all been invited … The strict guest list has been made mostly out of concern for Paul’s 15-year-old daughter, Meadow Walker, who is devastated by his loss.
Family sources told TMZ that sometime after the funeral there will be a larger memorial, but it will still be invitation only.

While many fans are hoping to see fast cars with flowers lined up at Walker’s funeral, this probably won’t be the case. In a recent TMZ interview with Walker’s father, his dad talks about his son’s love of cars, but insists his son was not a street racer. Plus, most of the cast-mates don’t even want to think about the Fast and the Furious movies right now, but who knows? If Paul Walker loved fast cars so much, maybe F&F fans will get their wish …
