1. Sony Has Agreed to Allow Spider-Man to Appear in Future Marvel Studios Films
Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures Entertainment officially announced to the world that Sony will now be bringing Spider-Man into the fold of the Marvel’s upcoming cinematic phases. This new deal will allow Spider-Man to start in a currently-unspecified Marvel Studios film. Sony Pictures Entertainment will still hold the rights to Spider-Man and continue to finance, distribute, own and have the right to exercise the final decisions regarding creative control for the character.
2. Sony and Marvel Studios Will Work Together to Release a New Stand Alone Spider-Man Film for 2017
