A cop enraged over an alleged silly-string attack sucker-punched a possibly innocent bystander at Philadelphia’s Puerto Rican Parade.
The sergeant socked her soundly in the face, leaving the woman bloody and dazed, then roughly cuffed her — because he believed she perpetrated an assault with the festive canned confetti.
The tape is inconclusive. Someone throws a liquid from the left side of the screen, hitting the woman and the cops. She turns to see who threw it, and the cop turns, too. He chases down the woman and clocks her. Hard. Watch it for yourself.
