A cruise ship sank on the River Nile earlier today, the ship was carrying 112 passengers. Not much is known right now, but Al Arabiya tweeted this just over 10 minutes ago:

Russia Today is reporting that the vessel collided with rocks sailing between Kom Ombo and Aswan. The cruise ship was sailing between Luxor and Aswan. All of 112 on board were safely evacuated according to a statement by the Director of Security, Maj.Gen Hassan Abdulhai. in the Aswan region.
The news agency Al-Ahram also reports that all passengers were rescued with the help of emergency services.
The incident is reported to have happened near the Aswan Dam, pictured below.
