A new lead for the FBI is that the batteries used in the bomb, are associated with a radio-controlled toy car that is rare, reports ABC News.
Greg Faith, owner of Inside Out Hobbies in New Hampshire told ABC News this evening:
An item that was first used for pleasure has now been used for devastation. It’s just heartbreaking, he [the bomber] may have come here. it’s horrifying
The battery company Tenergy, released a short statement on their website:
In 2011, a Michigan lawyer escaped a car bomb attack, the explosive device in that case was created using radio toy car parts, such as the Tenergy batteries.
