A day after the revelation that Patriots star Aaron Hernandez is tied to a murder investigation, a lawsuit has surfaced claiming Hernandez shot someone in the face last February in Miami after leaving a local strip club, reports TMZ.
The suit was dismissed on Monday 17 June due to “an error in paperwork.”

Back in April, sports blogger Terez Owens posted saying he received a tip saying that Hernandez is “allegedly involved in some sort of shooting dispute.” This letter that the tipster sent to the blogger was also posted:
