It’s the compilation and culmination of the most inspiring and heart-melting story of 2013. The 5-year-old boy who captured the hearts of the nation, Miles Scott, who successfully defeated leukemia earlier in 2013, took to the streets of Gotham to defeat the Riddler and the Penguin.
Thanks to a massive effort from the city of San Francisco and the Make-a-Wish foundation, thousands of volunteers and all the goodwill in the world, the day was one of the most memorable in Bay Area history. The event was organized with actors playing Batman, villains from the comic as well as real-life political figures getting involved to help cheer Miles on.
