On July 17, the Israeli Defense Forces released the video above, allegedly showing the thwarting of a Hamas attack as fighters emerge from tunnels near the Israeli community of Sufa.
According to the Associated Press, 13 militants sneaked into Israel from Gaza via an underground tunnel. The men, carrying assault rifles and RPGs, were identified coming out of the tunnel around 820 feet away from the Israeli-Palestinian border. The video shows the men being struck by an Israeli airstrike.
