Kenny Hill made his first career start Thursday night against South Carolina, hoping to at least partially fill the massive shoes of Johnny Manziel, who left the Aggies for the NFL.
So far, so good. To say the least.
Hill shredded the South Carolina defense in the first half, leading 3 touchdown drives and throwing for 241 yards and 2 touchdowns to stake A&M to a 24-14 lead.
Not surprisingly, the player dubbed “Kenny Football” became an immediate Twitter trend. Here are some of Twitter’s best reactions:
Our defense might as well call Kenny Hill our daddy the way we're covering

Kenny Hill's done more against South Carolina's defense in the first half than Tajh Boyd did in three years.

I bet Kenny Hill could beat out Brian Hoyer right now.
