The NHL star boyfriend of TV sportscaster and Dancing With The Stars co-host Erin Andrews was arrested on Friday on suspicion of possessing cocaine and Ecstasy at a Las Vegas casino swimming pool.
Los Angeles Kings forward Jarret Stoll, 32, was taken into custody at the MGM Wet Republic pool, reported TMZ.
He is thought to have been in Vegas to unwind after the Kings were eliminated from contention in the NHL play-offs. It was unclear whether Andrews was with him at the time.

1. The Kings Are Investigating

Late on Friday, the LA Kings released a statement on the arrest via the team’s website.
“We are aware of police reports out of Clark County, Nevada regarding Jarret Stoll,” confirmed a spokesperson. “Our organization is concerned and has begun conducting a thorough internal investigation. While we continue to actively gather facts, we are withholding further comment at this time.”
2. He is Rumored to be Engaged to Erin Andrews

He has been dating Andrews, the former ESPN broadcaster who now works as a NFL sideline reporter for Fox Sports and as the co-host of DWTS since 2014.The couple sparked engagement rumors after Andrews posted an Instagram of her wearing a very large, square-cut diamond ring last month.
Fans thought the picture meant Stoll had proposed, but Andrews said the ring was on loan. ‘I’ve definitely dropped hints here and there,’ she told ABC News .’But we haven’t looked at rings… Nothing there yet, the ball’s in his court.’
She added: ‘But no we are fine! We’ve had enough on our plate for the last two years of dating and haven’t really gone there yet.’
3. He Was Released on Bail
Stoll reportedly posted a $5,000 bail and has been released from custody from the Clark County Detention Center in Vegas. He was expected to appear in court on Saturday.
Police said NHL security has been notified. NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly also released a comment to Lisa Dillman and the LA Times via Twitter:
“We are aware of the reports tonight and we obviously will follow up to understand the nature of the allegations that are being made. We are not in a position at this time to comment further until we have more information.”
Stoll visited his Canadian hometown with the Stanley Cup last year (see video above).
4. He Was Engaged to Rod Stewart’s Ex-Wife

Prior to dating Andrews, Stoll was well-known for being engaged to supermodel Rachel Hunter, 13 years his senior. He reportedly broke off their engagement just six weeks before they were to tie the knot in 2009.
5. Stoll Has Won Two Stanley Cups

He was traded to the Kings from the Edmonton Oilers in 2008. He won two Stanley Cups with the Kings in 2012 and 2014.
Stoll will be an unrestricted free agent from July 1. The Kings’ season ended last Saturday when they failed to qualify for postseason play after winning the Stanley Cup last season.
