“I’m well, there’s no need to worry,” is what 21-year-old New Jersey resident Won-Moon Joo told CNN after swimming across dangerous waters and making it through barbed-wire fences to illegally sneak into ultra-secretive North Korea.

Joo is a South Korean native who said he wanted to created an event large enough to rattle bells and “improve the relations of North and South Korea.”
South Korea has demanded that North Korea release Joo and two other South Koreans immediately.
