Dashcam video released by the Shelby, North Carolina, police department shows the arrest of Dylann Roof, the accused Charleston church shooter.

In the video, the officers can be seen approaching the vehicle with guns drawn. Roof calmly exits the vehicle and is put into handcuffs.
As Roof is being led away from the car, two of the officers appear to fist bump one another in a celebratory gesture.
