Republican Presidential Debate 2015
The first Republican Presidential debate is set for this coming Thursday at 8:50 p.m. ET and will run until 11:00 p.m. on FOX News. The top 10 candidates who will be participating in the debate on the main stage will be chosen tomorrow and the anticipation is greater this year than it ever has been. With all of the controversy surrounding front-runner Donald Trump, many can’t wait to see what he will say next. Will he be buried in the debate or will he roast all the others? And, which candidates will be involved in the debate. The latest results in the polls for the top 10 candidates are listed below.
Donald Trump – 19.8 percent
Scott Walker – 13.2 percent
Jeb Bush – 13 percent
Rand Paul – 6.4 percent
Ben Carson – 6.4 percent
Marco Rubio – 6.2 percent
Mike Huckabee – 5.8 percent
Ted Cruz – 5.8 percent
Chris Christie – 3.2 percent
John Kasich – 3.2 percent
So, when will the answers on which candidates will take the stage be announced? Tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. ET is the cut-off time. FOX8 reports that 5:00 p.m. is the time that the national polls must be released in order to decide which 10 candidates will enter the debate. For the candidates who fail to make it into the primetime debate on Thursday night, the seven bottom candidates will have their own hour-long debate at 5:00 p.m. ET on Fox News.
