Fabien Clain
Fabien Clain is probably the voice in an ISIS propaganda video that claimed the Paris attacks for ISIS and also promised an attack on Washington D.C. Clain, 35, is a French national who, according to Le Figaro, currently lives in the Islamic State "capital", Raqqa. Clain is also believed to have helped orchestrate the attack from Raqqa. According to The Independent, "Clain was strongly linked to a group that gravitated around the entourage of Mohamed Merah, the man who gunned down three French soldiers before attacking a Jewish school in Toulouse in 2012, where he killed three children and a rabbi." Clain is also from the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis, where police conducted a raid after the November 13 Paris attacks.
