This time lapse video was taken on January 22 as Winter Storm Jonas rolled into Ashland, Kentucky. You can watch the scenery changing and see just how quickly the snow was falling as the blizzard moved through. Some parts of Kentucky were hit hard by the blizzard, including parts of I-75 where motorists were stranded overnight.
