President Barack Obama interrupted the first state visit from a United States President to Cuba in more than 50 years to address the nation and world on the Brussels terror attacks, which claimed nearly 30 lives. Terrorists attacked a metro station and the airport in Brussels, setting off two explosions at the airport and another at the metro station, at least one in a suicide attack. Flights and metro stations have been cancelled in fear of more attacks.
