Democratic National Convention: What Time & Channel Is the DNC Day 3 On Today?

The DNC continues tonight with President Obama headlining tonight’s speakers. The gavel time for Day 3 is 4:30 p.m. Eastern with the headline speakers beginning at 9 p.m. Eastern.

Here’s a rundown of the viewing options for Day 3.

TV VIEWING OPTIONS:

C-SPAN – The network’s pre-show coverage begins at 2:30 p.m. Eastern. The live convention coverage starts at 4:30 p.m. Eastern.

MSNBC – Coverage officially begins at 5 p.m. Eastern with additional coverage throughout the day.

PBS – Gwen Ifill and Judy Woodruff anchor the coverage from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern.

CNN – The network will have live coverage throughout the day with the primetime session beginning at 9 p.m. Eastern.

CBS – CBS will have coverage from 10-11 p.m Eastern

ABC – ABC will have coverage from 10-11 p.m Eastern

NBC – NBC will have coverage from 10-11 p.m Eastern

DNC SCHEDULE FOR WEDNESDAY, DAY 3:

President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden headline Wednesday’s festivities at the convention. Both Obama and Biden will deliver speeches at the DNC. Erica Smegielski’s mother was the principal during the Sandy Hook tragedy. Smegielski will speak tonight about gun violence prevention.

Felicia Sanders and Polly Sheppard are both survivors of the Mother Emanuel Church shooting and will address the crowd. Jamie Dorff’s husband was slain in combat, and she will speak about Clinton’s desire to help veteran family members.
