Baltimore Police Lt. Brian Rice, the highest-ranking officer involved in the arrest of Freddy Gray, was acquitted Monday by a Baltimore judge.

Rice faced charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office, according to WBAL. Judge Barry Williams said prosecutors failed to prove Rice’s actions did not rise to criminal action, the station reports.

Williams previously dismissed a second-degree assault charge, and prosecutors dropped a second misconduct charge, according to NBC.

It is the fourth trial prosecutors have failed to win related to Gray, who died in April 2015, a week after being arrested, from a spinal injury.
