Tonight is the Green Party Town Hall on CNN and we’ve got all the details on what to expect. Jill Stein is the presidential candidate for the Green Party and Ajamu Baraka is her vice presidential running mate. They will have a national audience at the CNN Town Hall tonight. This will be another great opportunity for the candidates to make themselves known to voters across the nation. If Stein can begin polling at 15 percent in most national polls (she’s currently averaging at 5 percent), she will have a chance at being included on the general election debate stage.
In 2012, Jill Stein got 470,000 votes nationally in the presidential election. But with many Bernie Sanders supporters feeling disenfranchised by the Democratic Party and turning to her, Stein’s perseverance in staying the course politically might finally be paying off.
Here’s what you need to know about how to watch tonight’s forum.
