LIVE STREAM: Donald Trump Remembrance Luncheon Speech in Houston, Texas

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will hold an event in Houston, Texas this afternoon, where he will speak to families whose relatives were killed by undocumented immigrants.

Trump’s speech will take place at the Remembrance Luncheon beginning at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. It can be viewed in the embedded YouTube player via Right Side Broadcasting.

The Republican nominee has on many occasions given a platform to these families, such as during the Republican National Convention, during his immigration speech in Arizona, and during a recent Fox News town hall. Trump has called for the immediate deportation of every undocumented immigrant who has committed a crime while in the United States. He would create a new deportation task force in order to accomplish this goal.

Trump has also said that anyone who came to the United States illegally is subject to deportation, whether or not they have broken any laws since. The number of undocumented immigrants that Trump plans to immediately deport is somewhere between 5 million to 6.5 million, according to The Washington Post.

The Remembrance Project is a Houston-based non-profit that advocates for families whose loved ones were killed by undocumented immigrants. It was founded by Maria Espinoza.

“The Remembrance Project is bringing national attention to these under-reported killings, and is ‘connecting-the-dots’ through its initiative, the ‘Stolen Lives Quilt’ – a visual memorial dedicated to slain Americans, who would otherwise still be alive and with their families, if only current laws were enforced,” the organization says on its website.

Trump’s Houston speech is not open to the public.
