A video shows victims down on the ground on Westminster Bridge in London after an apparent terror attack near UK Parliament. Witness Radoslaw Sikorski, who recorded the video, said a vehicle “mowed down” at least five people on the bridge.

The Express & Star reports that a man drove a SUV across the bridge, “ploughing into 8-10 people” before stabbing a police officer. The attacker was then shot, the newspaper reports.

Scotland Yard said on Twitter it is treating the incident as a terror attack until it has evidence of another motive.
