Manchester Ariana Grande Bombing Victims: Photos to Remember Their Lives

Olivia Campbell: Going to the Concert Was a Dream Come True

Olivia Campbell, 15, was one of the victims of the bombing, her mother, Charlotte, confirmed on Facebook. "RIP my darling precious gorgeous girl Olivia Campbell taken far far to soon go sing with the angels and keep smiling mummy loves you so much," she wrote in a heartbreaking post. Charlotte's search for Olivia had captured the thoughts and prayers of people across the world, and she quickly received thousands of comments echoing her heartbreak. Her grandfather, Steve Goodman, also shared a heartbreaking message: "To all friends and family please stop posting now we have had the news we were dreading. Thank you all so much we love you."

Olivia went to the concert with her best friend, who was originally also reported missing and later found in a hospital. This gave temporary hope that Olivia would be found too. Olivia's stepfather told CNN that going to the concert "was like a dream come true to her." About two hours before the bombing, Olivia had texted her mom and told her she was having an amazing time and thanked her for letting her go.

People around the world joined the search for Olivia, sharing her photos and writing about their prayers for the family. One person wrote: "Can’t sleep bcuz I’m haunted by Charlotte Campbell searching for #OliviaCampbell in the #ManchesterArena tragedy. Praying she’s found safe."
