Meanwhile, another New York resident shared a video on YouTube of someone getting pulled out of a flooded roadway today. The dashcam video was shared by someone who was driving up Jewett from Castleton when they noticed a driver had tried to follow their lifted Jeep. the driver got stuck, so they helped out.
