Wisconsin has lost one game in two months. That came against Maryland, who is riding a 7-game winning streak into the Big Ten Tournament, which got underway Wednesday in Chicago.
Both teams are ranked in the Top 10, and were the class of the conference this season.
But March is a month Tom Izzo and Michigan State really enjoy. The Spartans have turned it on in the past when the season mattered most. Can they do it again?
