The Hollywood megastar is still reeling from the tragic death of son Sage Stallone, and now he must mourn the loss of his half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti.

RadarOnline reports that she succumbed to lung cancer yesterday.

Toni-Ann had been living with the mother she shared with Sylvester, Jackie Stallone.

Signs of prescription drug abuse surrounded the death of Sage, and coincidentally, Toni-Ann also was accused of pill misuse. Just more drama to add to the tragedy plaguing Sylvester lately.
