While investigators are beginning to wonder what caused the 800-acre fire that has been sweeping across the San Marcos area of California, the storm has been doing something terrifying. KTLA producer Tara Wallis tweeted photos on Thursday afternoon of high winds forming a “fire tornado” in the center of the blaze.
