Tom Sandoval spoke with comedian Nikki Glaser on October 19 and the two discussed comments that Sandoval made about his infidelity and that he couldn’t say he would never have an affair again.

The two discussed it while unpacking Sandoval’s infamous affair with Raquel Leviss while he was in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix. Glaser, who was a guest on Sandoval’s podcast “Everybody Loves Tom,” said she had been speaking with Nick Viall on his podcast earlier that day when Viall said Sandoval told him, “I can’t say I’ll never [have an affair] again.”

Sandoval explained more of his perspective in saying that, telling the comedian, “Yeah. I don’t like dealing with absolutes. That’s the way to the dark side.” He added, “I find it’s better to lower expectations in a way and then exceed them.”

Glaser revealed that she understood what he meant because it was impossible to know what might happen in the future and circumstances in a relatoinship.

Nick Viall Told Nikki Glaser That Tom Sandoval Said He Couldn’t Say for Sure He’d Never Cheat Again

Glaser’s conversation with Sandoval came on the same day that she brought up the “Vanderpump Rules” star to Viall. The “FBoy Island” host joined Viall on his podcast “The Viall Files” on October 19 and told him she was joining Sandoval on his podcast later that day.

Viall said ever since he and Sandoval appeared together in season 2 of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test,” which is airing now on Fox, people have asked him his thoughts about Sandoval. The “Bachelor” star said Sandoval was exactly the same in person as the “character” he appears to be on VPR.

He explained that during an hour-long Jeep ride on the show, he talked with Sandoval about the entire scandal and said it felt as though Sandoval didn’t see his infidelity as being any different than what all of his co-stars have done on the show at some point. “But how can anyone in the future trust you not to cheat?” Viall said he asked Sandoval. “Are you willing to make infidelity a non-negotiable for you going forward?” he continued. “And his answer was just, ‘I don’t believe in absolutes.'”

“‘I don’t ever want to never say never because I would be lying if I did that,'” Viall continued quoting Sandoval. He said the two men basically agreed to disagree as Viall said keeping the door open for that possibility in the future meant that “You don’t fully trust your character in a vulnerable environment.” Despite that, Viall shared that he does now consider Sandoval a friend because of their shared experience on the show, though he wouldn’t set him up with any woman he knew.
