Two Rocket Launchers Turned in at Los Angeles Gun Buyback

A gun-buyback program in Los Angeles has seen over 10,000 guns turned in to police since 2009. This week two rocket-propelled grenade launchers were turned in. They are American made, but nothing is known about who turned them in or where they came from because the program is no-questions-asked.

If police asked any questions it would defeat the point of the program and discourage future gun owners from turning in their weapons.
