NBA Power Rankings: Heavy’s Top 10 for December 19

1. Golden State

Record: 24-4

Last week: 1st

The Warriors continue to roll along, with their current four-game win streak tied for the second-longest in the NBA. Saturday night the Warriors were dominant in their 135-90 win over Portland, combining a ruthlessly efficient offense with one of their best defensive efforts of the season. Ian Clark scored 23 points off the bench Saturday, shooting 9-for-11 from the field, and this was after he scored a total of 15 points in the three games prior. Zaza Pachulia made his return to the lineup Saturday, and center JaVale McGee (11 points, five rebounds) remained effective despite the move back to the bench. (Getty)
