This delicious and healthy green juice recipe is sweet, tart, and full of vitamins, protein, antioxidants, and probiotics. The ginger gives it a touch of warming spice. Use it for an energy boost, a detox day, or just a healthy way to start your day.


Apple Green Smoothie Recipe:

1 handful fresh spinach, washed
2 Fuji or other apples, cored and sliced
About 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp grated ginger root
1 lemon or lime slice (optional garnish)

Combine in a blender. If it’s too thick for you, then you can add in some water or ice and blend until you get the consistency you like.
