Smoothie Diet Plan: How to Do It

1. Start each day with a green smoothie or other protein-filled smoothie for breakfast.

Ideally, this smoothie will have fruits, vegetables, and protein. The protein can come from Greek yogurt, protein powder, nuts, or milk.
