Donald Trump has maintained his lead in Indiana over the last week. According to RealClear Politics, Trump has an average lead of 7.8 percentage points over Ted Cruz.

After failing to win any of last week’s primaries, Cruz faces a must-win scenario in Indiana. In an effort to gain momentum, Cruz named Carly Fiorina as his running mate should he win the Republican nomination.

According to FiveThirtyEight, Indiana represents the largest remaining delegate pool outside of California with 57 delegates at stake in Tuesday’s primary.

The candidate with the most votes statewide will automatically win 30 delegates. The remaining 27 delegates will be divided among the the nine congressional districts. For each district a candidate wins, they will receive three delegates.
