Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will hold a rally in West Palm Beach this afternoon, the candidate’s fourth Florida rally of the week.
Trump’s event will take place at the South Florida Fair Expo Center beginning at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. It can be viewed in the embedded YouTube player via Right Side Broadcasting.
This is Trump’s first time speaking since at least three women came forward to accuse the Republican nominee of sexual assault. Jessica Leeds told The New York Times that three decades ago, Trump assaulted her on a plane, grabbing her breasts and putting his hands up her skirt. The second woman, Rachel Crooks, says that she encountered Trump in an elevator at Trump Tower and he started forcibly kissing her. The third, Natasha Stoynoff, says that Trump sexually assaulted her when she was interviewing him in 2005.
In addition, several Miss USA and Miss Universe contestants have accused Trump of predatory behavior, including walking backstage and watching them nude and grabbing them inappropriately.
Donald Trump has completely denied all of these accusations, even threatening to sue The New York Times for publishing their story. And on Twitter on Thursday morning, Trump called the story a “total fabrication.” The West Palm Beach rally, though, will be Trump’s first public appearance since then. The campaign has a fine line to walk here, as they recently brought out women who have accused Bill Clinton of sexual assault and said that sexual assault victims must be believed.
