Hundreds of students walked out of class in Washington, D.C. today to protest the election of Donald Trump. According to WTOP, protesters first gathered outside of Trump's D.C. hotel before marching towards the National Mall and the Lincoln Memorial. The walkouts were planned by students at Wilson High School, who said it was a peaceful demonstration meant to show that Trump cannot divide them.
