WATCH: Donald Trump’s First New York Visit as President

After over 100 days in office, President Donald Trump will finally visit his hometown of New York City. The president will meet Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull before delivering a speech at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum on the decommissioned aircraft carrier. You can watch the complete speech above.

The speech caps off a busy day for the president. To mark National Day of Prayer, he will sign a new religious freedom executive order. After that, he will fly up to New York and arrive at JFK. Then, he will meet with Turnbull at the Intrepid.

The speech will also come just moments after Trump celebrated the House’s passage of the American Health Care Act. Although the bill will still have to pass the Senate before it reaches his desk, Trump still delayed his trip to New York so he could hold a victory press conference in the Rose Garden.

Specifically, Trump’s speech in New York will mark the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Coral Sea during World War II. The battle ended with a victory for the Americans and Australians, significantly hurting Japan’s attempt to gain more control of the South Pacific. It’s considered the first air-sea battle in history.

Trump’s visit to New York will cause some headaches for locals. The New York Times reports that their will be closings near the museum at Pier 86 on 12th Avenue and 46th Street. There will be increased security near the museum and Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue. Manhattan Kayak, a sightseeing company on Pier 86, was asked to close down for the day by police.

The Times notes that the subway, Long Island Rail Road and New Jersey Transit are all expected to be running normally.
