Sutton brought in five of six targets for 50 yards in the Broncos' 34-27 loss to the Chargers on Thursday night. Sutton finished second across the board in receptions, receiving yards and targets for the Broncos on the night. The veteran wideout saw a highly productive six-game stretch with at least six catches and 70 receiving yards in each contest snapped Week 15 against the Colts, and although he saw a slight uptick Thursday, he still delivered relatively modest numbers for fantasy managers relying on him in playoff matchups. Sutton should have a good chance of bouncing back in a Week 17 road matchup against the vulnerable Bengals defense on Saturday, Dec. 28.

Five catches in TNF loss
Salvages fantasy line with late TD
Sutton caught three of nine targets for 32 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 31-13 win over the Colts. Sutton was quiet prior to scoring a 20-yard touchdown with 5:48 remaining in the fourth quarter. That play was enough to propel him into the team lead in receiving yards as Bo Nix threw for only 130 yards in this turnover-filled matchup. Sutton has seen at least eight targets in seven consecutive games heading into Thursday's clash with the Chargers, and this was the first time in that busy stretch that Sutton failed to reach 70 receiving yards.
Cracks century mark in win
Sutton brought in six of nine targets for 102 yards in Monday's 41-32 win over the Browns. Sutton led the Broncos in both targets and receptions Monday, but he was second to Marvin Mims after the latter broke off a 93-yard touchdown in the high-scoring affair. The 29-year-old Sutton has posted three 100-plus-yard performances over the last six weeks, chipping in three touchdowns over that span as well. With Denver entering a bye week, Sutton will have to wait until Sunday, Dec. 15 against Indianapolis in order to continue his current tear.
Goes for two scores Sunday
Sutton grabbed eight receptions (on 10 targets) for 97 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 29-19 win over the Raiders. Sutton was on the receiving end of both of Bo Nix's touchdown passes Sunday, resulting in his first multi-score game of 2024. The veteran wideout boosted his season line to 57-744-5 through 12 games with this dominant showing. Sutton has recorded at least 70 receiving yards in five straight contests since being held without a target back in Week 7. Fantasy managers should continue riding this wave of production into next Monday's tilt against the Browns.
Leading receiver in lopsided win
Sutton caught seven of eight targets for 78 yards in Sunday's 38-6 win over the Falcons. Sutton led the team in targets, catches and receiving yards but wasn't on the receiving end of any of Bo Nix's four touchdown passes. Since being held without a catch by the Saints in Week 7, Sutton has bounced back by posting at least six catches and 70 yards in each of his last four games. With Nix surging under center, Denver's top wide receiver has turned into a reliable fantasy option ahead of a Week 12 road game against the Raiders.
Another TD grab in loss
Sutton brought in six of nine targets for 70 yards and a touchdown in the Broncos' 16-14 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday. Sutton led the Broncos in receptions, receiving yards and targets while also recording his third touchdown catch of the season on an impressive 32-yard grab just past the midway point of the second quarter. Sutton now has at least Sunday's 70-yard tally in three consecutive games overall, a span during which he's also drawn 30 total targets. The veteran receiver should continue playing a key role during a Week 11 home matchup against an inconsistent Falcons secondary.
Caps big day with TD pass
Sutton caught seven of 10 targets for 122 yards and threw a two-yard touchdown to Bo Nix in Sunday's 41-10 loss to the Ravens. The veteran wideout produced the Broncos' only TD of the afternoon, just not in the way anyone likely expected. Sutton has erupted for back-to-back 100-yard performances, posting a combined 15-222-0 line on 21 targets, and he'll try to get back into the end zone himself for the first time since Week 6 in next Sunday's road tilt against Kansas City.
Reaches century mark Sunday
Sutton caught eight of 11 passes for 100 yards in Sunday's 28-14 win over the Panthers. In rookie quarterback Bo Nix's best performance yet, Sutton broke out for his first 100-yard game of the season, and a season high in receptions. Nix may have made it a point of emphasis to get the ball to Sutton after the fifth-year wideout went without a target the week before against the Saints, but given the results, he isn't likely to be forgotten about again. Sutton could be in line for big numbers again in Week 9 against a Ravens secondary that has struggled all year and which just got torched for a 7-99-2 line by the unheralded Cedric Tillman, and a 5-79-0 line by former Bronco Jerry Jeudy.
Surprisingly blanked in big win
Sutton did not draw a target during the Broncos' 33-10 win over the Saints on Thursday night. The Broncos' No. 1 wideout was shockingly uninvolved in a game during which his team enjoyed a solid amount of offensive success, although Sutton did draw a target late in the first quarter that didn't end up in the box score due to the Saints' defensive holding penalty on the play. Given he'd drawn an impressive 47 targets from Bo Nix over the first six games, Thursday can safely be chalked up as an outlier for Sutton, who'll be well-positioned for a bounce-back performance during a Week 8 home matchup against the Panthers on Sunday, Oct. 27.
