Stoops was waived by the Rams on Tuesday. The wide receiver went undrafted in April despite a solid senior season at Oklahoma in which he caught 84 passes for 962 yards and 10 touchdowns. Jordan Whittington and Tyler Johnson beat him out for the last two wide receiver spots on the Rams' depth chart.
