McCollough recorded 43 tackles, four passes defended, four interceptions and a touchdown across 17 games with the Rams in 2024. McCollough signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent following the 2024 draft. He impressively made the team out of training camp and began the year primarily playing on special teams, though he proved to be a versatile playmaker on the defensive side of the ball when called upon. McCollough regularly played in the box, in the slot and at free safety, so there's a good chance he sees an expanded role somewhere in the Los Angeles defensive unit in 2025.
McCollough recorded nine tackles (seven solo) during Sunday's 19-9 victory against the Jets. The rookie made the most of his 31 snaps on defense, setting a career high with his nine tackles. On the year, McCollough has 36 tackles (22 solo), four interceptions and a touchdown, and the UDFA will look to continue making an impact against Kyler Murray and the Cardinals in Week 17.
McCollough finished Sunday's 26-20 overtime win over the Seahawks with seven tackles (three solo) and one interception. McCollough logged a season-high 51 defensive snaps Sunday, during which he registered his fourth interception of the season when he picked off Geno Smith on a pass intended for Jaxon Smith-Njigba early in the first quarter of Sunday's game. McCollough's snap count is worth monitoring, as it appears he could have a larger role in the Rams' secondary during the second half of the regular season.
McCullough recorded one solo tackles, two interceptions and two passes defensed in Sunday's 20-15 win over the Raiders. McCullough saw a season-high 18 defensive snaps, making the most of his opportunity in Week 7. The 24-year-old logged snaps at both free safety and strong safety in addition to cornerback, picking off Gardner Minshew twice in the second half. McCullough has seen his defensive workload increase as the season has gone on and he's now produced five total tackles (four solo) and three interceptions, including a pick-six in Week 5 versus the Packers.
