Tart is set to sign with the Chargers, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Tart was released by Miami on Tuesday but didn't have to wait long to find a new organization. The veteran nose tackle played in 13 regular-season contests between Houston and Tennessee last year, totaling 24 tackles (17 solo), including one sack. He should have a role in the Chargers' defensive-line rotation when the regular season rolls around.
