Cleared to play Sunday
Boyd (foot) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Colts. Boyd was listed as DNP on Wednesday and Thursday but returned to a full practice Friday and is good to go for Sunday's divisional matchup. He's topped 50 receiving yards in a game just once all season and has yet to catch a touchdown. He's far from fantasy relevancy on this Titans team.
Not practicing
Boyd (foot) didn't practice Thursday, Jim Wyatt of tennesseetitans.com reports. Boyd played through the same injury the past couple weeks and handled his usual workload as the No. 3 receiver. A return to practice Friday would set him up to play again Sunday against the Colts.
Opens week with DNP
Boyd (foot) didn't practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Boyd also opened Week 15 prep with a DNP due to a foot injury before upgrading to full participation Thursday and ultimately logging 39 yards in a loss to the Bengals this past Sunday. It's possible the slot receiver will follow a similar pattern ahead of Sunday's game against the Colts, but Boyd won't be a recommended fantasy option either way considering he has reached 40 receiving yards only twice all season and hasn't scored a touchdown.
One long catch against former team
Boyd recorded two receptions (on three targets) for 39 yards in Sunday's 37-27 loss to the Bengals. Boyd got his first chance to face his former team and delivered an impressive 40-yard catch and run on the Titans' second possession to set up a touchdown. However, he failed to make an impact from there, as his only other reception went for minus-1 yard. Boyd has failed to reach 40 receiving yards in all but two games on the campaign.
Practices fully Thursday
Boyd (foot) was a full practice participant Thursday. Boyd sat out Wednesday's practice with the foot injury, but his full participation a day later suggests he was likely just getting some maintenance to begin Week 15 prep. The 30-year-old slot receiver has handled snap shares north of 50 percent in all but two of the Titans' 13 games to date, but he has little production to show for it (33 catches for 317 yards and no touchdowns on 47 targets).
Back at practice Thursday
Boyd (foot) is participating in the portion of Thursday's practice open to the media, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports. Boyd didn't practice Wednesday due to a foot injury, but he's resumed handling at least limited activity Thursday. On 47 targets cross 13 appearances this season, Boyd has racked up 33 catches for 317 yards. He has yet to score his first touchdown in a Titans uniform. If he's able to get healthy in time for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Boyd will continue contributing in a depth role on offense, as well as in the return game.
Misses Wednesday's practice
Boyd (foot) didn't practice Wednesday. Boyd logged a 59 percent snap share in this past Sunday's 10-6 loss to the Jaguars, while recording one reception on four targets for seven yards in the contest. With a practice absence to start the week, Boyd's status is one to monitor for those in PPR formats deep enough to consider him in fantasy lineups. Through 13 games, the wideout has caught 33 of his 47 targets for 317 yards.
Held to one catch
Boyd recorded one reception on four targets for seven yards in Sunday's 10-6 loss to the Jaguars. Boyd tied for second on the team with four targets, though he continued to struggle to post meaningful production. Boyd now has less than 40 yards in six of his last eight games.
Cleared for Week 14
Boyd (foot) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. Boyd avoided an injury designation by practicing fully Friday. The slot receiver has had a disappointing season, but he's trending up ahead of this favorable Week 14 matchup, having recorded at least 34 receiving yards in three consecutive games after falling short of that mark in eight of his first nine games with the Titans.
