New Orleans is lucky to get another dose of WrestleMania magic in 2018.
After seeing how amazing WrestleMania 30 turned out to be, expectations are super high for WrestleMania 34. The card from top to bottom looks like it’ll provide a long night full of quality wrestling. Ronda Rousey will compete in her first WWE match alongside Kurt Angle against Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.
Shinsuke Nakamura will finally get the chance to take on AJ Styles for the WWE Championship. And Roman Reigns will try to take down Brock Lesnar once again in a match for the WWE Universal Championship. These bouts and more are set to make ‘Mania 34 a night to remember.

Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
Winner: “Woken” Matt Hardy!
Highlights: Once the bell rang, all of the match’s participants began tearing into each other. English was the first man sent over the top rope. Konnor was the next to get eliminated, then Hawkins followed him out soon after. R-Truth and Goldust had a brief moment where thy reunited and had a dance off. Goldust then switched things u and got ride of Truth, then did a victory dance of his own to celebrate. Right after that, Primo got thrown out. Then, Kanellis saw his exit from the match. Shelton used a nasty knee strike to get rid of Breeze. Rhyno lifted Viktor right over the top right while they were fighting in the corner. While Ryder was preparing to lay in some offense on Ziggler in the corner, Mojo came out of nowhere to tackle him over the top rope. Gable used his float-over kick to get rid of Anderson while he stood atop the ring apron. Then Titus used a big boot to kick Gallows out of the bout.
Apollo saw his elimination come via the combined efforts of The Revival. They also managed to get rid of Shelton and Rhyno. But then Axel and Dallas cleared the ring of The Ascension. Kane then got a good look Miz’s stablemates and shoved them over the top rope. Afterwards, he turned his sights on Fandango and got rid of him. Corbin ended up flinging Cara and Slater over the top rope and then got into an staring match with Kane. The rest of the pack then decided to target both men. Ziggler clotheslined Titus over the top rope, but then turned right around into a Goldust powerslam. Goldust landed that same maneuver soon after and then kicked Dillinger right in his “Golden Globes.” Ziggler dodged the same move and then got rid of Goldust. Matt locked eyes with Tye and began taunting him before landing a Twist of Fate on “The Perfect 10.” Tye then got eliminated, Ziggler got eliminated by Kane, and then Corbin pushed Kane over the top himself.
The last three men left were Corbin, Matt, and Mojo. While the two men assaulted Matt, the lights suddenly went dark. When they came back on, Bray Wyatt stood in the middle of the ring. Mojo got himself thrown out thanks to Bray, but Corbin then landed his End of Days on Bray. Corbin then found himself eliminated after Matt got a hold of him. After Matt claimed victory, he hugged it out with Bray and celebrated with the shocked New Orleans crowd.
The First-Ever WrestleMania Women’s Battle Royal
Winner: Naomi!
Highlights: Carmella took her chance to talk all types of trash while she held onto her MITB briefcase. All the jaw jacking turned her into a target that got beaten down and thrown over the top rope. Then Dana turned into a sacrificial lamb who got thrown out soon after. Afterwards, the match broke down into madness as every woman began brawling. The NXT ladies ended up getting the better of the two other women’s roster’s, which led to them showing brand pride. Rose soon got eliminated as the match wore on. Blair even landed a 450 Splash on Deville and then proceeded to get rid of her. Sane then got a WrestleMania moment of her own after she landed her graceful elbow drop right into the heart of Riott. Sane then found herself eliminated as the bout continued. Afterwards, Lana, Kai, and Conti saw their exit from the battle royal.
Blair began brawling with Lynch for a bit. At first, Lynch found herself gasping for air after Blair whipped her with her ponytail. Then Lynch recovered and kicked Blair right over the top rope. Lynch looked good for a bit until she was then pushed over the top rope. The Riott Squad then teamed up to get rid of James. Then they did the same to NXT’s Royce. Natalya basked in the glory of her still being alive in the match, which led to her going at the Riott Squad. However, her and the entire stable found themselves out of the match thanks to Bayley and Banks. Banks tried shaking hands with Bayley, but Bayley would have none of it. She threw her over the top rope and started celebrating too early before she realized Naomi was still in the match. After getting caught with a Rear View, Bayley ended up being the last woman eliminated from the bout. NAOMI WINS!
Cedric Alexander vs. Mustafa Ali (WWE Cruiserweight Championship Tournament Finals)
Winner: And the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion, Cedric Alexander!
Highlights: Cedric and Ali shook hands, got hyped up, and immediately went to work countering each other’s starting offense. Ali got the better of him at first with a nice Hurricanrana, which forced Cedric to turn up the heat with more intense offense. A shoving match ensued between both men, which led to a striking contest. Cedric used a swift kick and punch to win the exchange, but then Ali caught him with a kick of his own. Cedric shook the damage to him off and responded with a dropkick. After some back and forth moves were exchanged between both men, Ali found himself on the outside getting planted by a Suicide Somersault Plancha. Cedric got Ali back into the ring and went on a tear as he used a bevy of slams and submissions to wear him down.
Ali finally got back into the fight after countering a suplex. Ali then began putting Cedric on his back with a number of signature comeback maneuvers. Cedric answered back with a Spanish Fly in the middle of the ring when Ali looked to land something after rebounding off the ropes. Afterwards, Ali regained his strength and climbed to the top rope. He tried landing a Tornado DDT, but Cedric caught him and put him back on the top. Both men began struggling to gain an advantage on the top rope. Ali then landed a gorgeous Spanish Fly of his own! Ali then pulled Cedric into another corner of the ring and looked to land his 054, but Cedric chose to shove him right off the top rope. Cedric sat in awe of what he’d just done for a bit until he chose to retrieve his opponent.
Cedric looked to be in control again, but Ali dug down deep and took him down with a Poisoned Frankensteiner and a Tornado DDT. Then Ali finally landed his 054, but Cedric stopped the following pin after getting his foot on the rope. Ali stomped all over Cedric and went for his top rope finisher again, but this time Cedric climbed under the rope to avoid it. Cedric then clocked Ali with three back elbow strikes and a final Lumbar Check to claim the title!
Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn (If Owens and Zayn win, they will be reinstated as WWE Superstars; If Owens and Zayn lose, they will remain fired from all of WWE)
Winners: Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon!
Highlights: Daniel got a hero’s welcome with an amazing intro that marked his in-ring return. While him and Shane stood in the ring waiting for their opponents, Owens and Zayn ran in from behind and attacked their former bosses. Owens and Zayn took their fight to the outside and threw Shane right into the crowd near his family. Then both men turned their attention to Daniel and Powerbombed him right onto the ring apron. While EMT’s tended to Daniel on the outside, Shane called for the bell to ring so he could start the match against Owens and Zayn. Shane made sure to knock Zayn off the ring apron so he could focus on striking down Owens. His string of offensive moves put him in a good position at first, but he eventually fell victim to Owens and Zayn’s combined assault. For several uncomfortable minutes, Shane found himself on the receiving end of several big moves from Owens and Zayn. Shane tried making a comeback, but he got cut off repeatedly.
After dodging a Helluva Kick and forcing Owens outside of the ring, Shane hit a risky Coast to Coast dropkick to Zayn. Unfortunately, Shane was unable to capitalize on such a big move. Owens punished Shane even more by landing a Running Senton Splash and a Frog Splash off the top rope. Owens looked to pin Shane, but Daniel ran back in to make the shocking save! Owens looked to take Shane out moments later by landing a Cannonball Splash into him in the corner, but Shane dodged it at the very last second. Shane fought valiantly to make the tag to Daniel. Zayn stopped him at first, but Shane forced him off wit ha back suplex and finally tagged in Daniel. Daniel entered the ring and woke the crowd up as he broke out all of his best moves. Daniel laid into both men with repeated corner dropkicks and then forced Zayn off the top rope with a Frankensteiner.
As Daniel looked to land another big move, Owens grabbed his foot from the outside. This gave Zayn enough time to tear into Daniel with a sudden Helluva Kick! The match continued as Owens Superkicked Shane from the ring apron, which led to Owens turning his attention to Daniel and planting him with a Pop-Up Powerbomb. This still wasn’t enough to finish off Daniel, though! Soon after, Owens found himself laid out on the outside after Shane dove onto him. Daniel then went on a tear as he kicked Zayn in the chest repeatedly. Daniel got another WrestleMania moment after using his running knee to ground Zayn and finally lock him into the Yes! Lock.
Alexa Bliss (c) vs. Nia Jax (WWE Raw Women’s Championship)
Winner: And the new WWE Raw Women’s Champion, Nia Jax!
Highlights: Bliss made a grand entrance and made sure to call out Mickie James as her plus-one for this title defense. Once the big match introductions ended, Nia ran right at Mickie and beat her into nothingness. Bliss tried a sneak attack on Nia, but this further angered her and pushed her to end Mickie with a Samoan Slam on the outside. Once the bell rang, Bliss made an attempt at damaging Nia but her offense seemingly tickled the bigger challenger. Nia remained in control until Bliss stuck her fingers in her eyes to blind her. Bliss finally got some offense going as she worked on Nia’s back. Nia almost made another comeback, but she found herself hurting on the outside after she mistakenly rammed her shoulder into the ring post. Bliss then came off the top rope to land on her larger foe with a Twisted Bliss.
Back in the ring, Bliss looked to stay in control. But her constant verbal taunting woke Nia back up and pissed her off even more. A Snap DDT brought Nia down to the mat for a split second, but then Nia got back to her feet to do some damage. Nia crushed Bliss with a bevy of moves and finally wore Bliss down to a shell of her former self. Nia finally got rid of Bliss after taking her out with a devastating top rope Samoan Slam.
Randy Orton (c) vs. Bobby Roode vs. Jinder Mahal vs. Rusev (Fatal Four Way Match for the WWE United States Championship)
Winner: And the new WWE United States Champion, Jinder Mahal!
Highlights: Jinder and Rusev actually got some big time introductions on behalf of their partners. The bell finally rang to start things off and it started in the hottest way possible. Orton almost landed an RKO on Jinder, but it failed and led to him and Jinder both getting exiled from the ring. Rusev landed a dropkick on Roode and then came off the ring apron with a Somersault Splash to Orton and Jinder. Rusev then re-entered the ring, but was met with a Blockbuster from Roode soon after. Orton and Jinder got back into the ring to square off with Roode, but then Orton and Roode teamed up to get rid of Jinder. Orton then turned his sights on Roode and landed severe damage on him by landing a Superplex. Afterwards, Rusev and Jinder ended up back in the ring. Jinder tried to enter into an alliance with Rusev, but Rusev would have none of it.
Rusev slammed him down and landed a series of boots into him. Rusev then shoved him to the outside, but Orton caught him with a backbreaker on the crowd barrier. Jinder then landed a big boot on the champ before climbing back into the ring. Roode cut Jinder off by hitting him with a Spinebuster, but was unable to land his finisher due to Jinder’s quick thinking. After both men got taken out of the ring, Rusev used a roundhouse kick to take out Orton. Rusev then went for another big move, but Orton cut him off and planted him with his Apron DDT. Orton then went RKO crazy on English, Rusev, and Jinder. Roode broke up Orton’s pin attempt and then put him on his back with a Glorious DDT. The match broke into pure mayhem as every man began landing their signature moves. Rusev looked to be on the verge of victory after he landed a Superkick on Jinder. He looked to lock in The Accolade, but Jinder’s plus one on the outside distracted him. Rusev Superkicked him off the ring apron, but this brief moment of distraction led to his downfall. Jinder finished off Rusev with a match ending Khallas.
The Miz (c) vs. Seth Rollins vs. Finn Bálor (Triple Threat Match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship)
Winner: And the new WWE Intercontinental Champion, Seth Rollins!
Highlights: Rollins hit the ring with some new blue contacts in his eyes. In a shocking move, The Miz sent his men to the back and made it clear that he’d defend the title without any outside assistance. Finn made his entrance with LGBT members of the WWE Universe marking his march down to the ring. As all three men stood in the ring, they began circling each other and looking to get an early advantage. All three men exchanged some quick roll up pin attempts to start things off. Miz and Rollins ended up getting taken to the outside, which led to Finn flipping right onto them by landing a Suicide Somersault Senton. Miz and Finn then found themselves going at in the ring for a bit until Rollins landed a Springboard Clothesline on Finn. Miz then began landing a few extra hits on Finn, but then Rollins got both men down with a double top-rope Blockbuster. Miz looked to be in dire straits until he began beating down Rollins. Miz regained control of the bout after he booted Rollins out of the ring and landed a neckbreaker on Finn.
Finn found himself locked into a chinlock hold by Miz for a few moments, but he eventually broke the hold and built up some steam by tapping into his comeback offense. Finn ended up kicking Miz while he was stuck on the top rope and turned right around to face Rollins. Rollins found a way to force Finn out of the ring, which led right into him landing Suicide Dives to him and Miz. Finn ran back into the ring and laid into Rollins with a Slingblade that almost finished him off. Finn looked to land another big move, but he got cut off with a Rollins Superkick. But then Rollins got planted with a Miz DDT. The action picked up even more as Miz kicked Rollins to the outside and then locked Finn into his Figure Four Leglock. Miz kept the submission hold locked on while Finn writhed in pain, but then Rollins cancelled Miz’s Figure Four by landing a Frog Splash.
The match returned to the outside, which saw Finn break up a Powerbomb attempt and land a Slingblade on Rollins. Then Finn clocked both his rivals with a running dropkick into the timekeeper’s section. Finn and Rollins then went to war in the ring with repeated kicks. Finn landed a final kick that left Rollins weary and then went right into landing his Reverse 1916. While Finn stood on the top rope, Miz stopped him. This then led to an insane sequence that saw Rollins pick up Miz to Powerbomb him into the corner and run right back to Finn to land a Superplex. However, Finn tried a School Boy pin to counter Rollins’ followup Falcon Arrow. After Rollins escaped, Miz ran up behind him and landed his Skull Crushing Finale. As the match wore on, Miz did his best to take out Finn. Both men sat on the top rope, which led to Rollins clocking Finn with a kick. Miz saved himself by landing a top-rope Skull Crushing Finale, but then Finn stomped on the both of them with his Coup de Grâce. Finn woke himself back up to land a final Slingblade on Miz and another Coup de Grâce. All of a sudden, Rollins landed a Curb Stomp on both Finn and Miz. Rollins followed that up by getting the winning pin on Miz’s prone body.
Charlotte Flair (c) vs. Asuka (WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship)
Winner: And still the WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion, Charlotte!
Highlights: Charlotte was adorned in gold and accompanied by her loyal subjects as her father’s them played. Then she made her true entrance as her them music blazed over the speakers. Then Asuka made her presence felt as she hit the ring with a new mask to boot. The match kicked off with both ladies engaging in some counter wrestling. Charlotte reached into her bag of mind games to taunt Asuka, but this did nothing but anger Asuka and make her get even rougher. After some back and forth rope running action, Asuka cleaned Charlotte’s clock with a running dropkick. Asuka then went on the attack with a double foot stomp right to the champ’s back. Charlotte got back to her feet and started landing a bevy of chest chops. When Charlotte got planted onto the ring apron, Asuka clocked her with a few kicks and then shoved her right off into the crowd barrier. After watching Charlotte tend to her now injured shoulder, Asuka began targeting it with continued offense.
Charlotte struggled to get some offense going, but she finally began getting the upper hand after landing a few strikes. Charlotte then chose to come off the top rope with a Moonsault, but Asuka caught her coming down and locked her into a slick submission hold. Charlotte looked to be on the verge of tapping, but she saved herself soon after by escaping and locking in her own Boston Crab. Asuka eventually made her escape as well. Both ladies continued to lay in each other as the match wore on. After Charlotte used a big boot to damage Asuka while she was stuck between the ropes, an apron struggle ensued. It ended when Asuka sacrificed herself and Charlotte by suplexing her off the ring apron.
Both women slowly got to their feet and crawled back into the ring to break the ref’s count. Asuka landed her striking combination on the champ and then came off the top rope with a Missile Dropkick. Asuka got ahold of Charlotte’s injured shoulder again and went to the top rope, but Charlotte got her arm free and responded with numerous chops. Then she climbed to the top rope and slammed Asuka to the mat with a Spanish Fly. While Asuka laid in the ring on her knees, Charlotte tried to land her Natural Selection. But Asuka countered the hold by locking in her Asuka Lock. Charlotte fought hard to escape, which she finally did. Later on, Asuka hit the ropes and found herself getting hit with a nasty Spear from Charlotte. Then Charlotte blew shocked the world by breaking Asuka’s streak after locking in the Figure Eight Leg Lock! Asuka then paid respect to the champ by telling the crowd that Charlotte was indeed ready for her. Both women hugged it out afterwards.
Cesaro and Sheamus (c) vs. Braun Strowman and Nicholas (WWE Raw Tag Team Championship)
Winners: The new WWE Raw Tag Team Champions, Braun Strowman and Nicholas!
Highlights: “The Bar” hit the arena with their own parade float and live band backing them up. Once Braun came out, he roared and forced “The Bar’s” parade followers to scatter in fear. Braun even shoved their float off the stage in a another moment of unbridled destruction. When it came time to announce his partner, Braun told the crowd that it could be any one of them. He exited the ring and searched the crowd for any willing participant. In a shocking twist, Braun randomly chose a child named Nicholas to be his partner! Once the match finally began, Braun began doing all the heavy lifting as he beat down “The Bar.” Braun soon found himself getting weakened after Cesaro kicked him in the back of his leg.
Cesaro and Sheamus then used their best tandem maneuvers to keep Braun grounded. Both men tried to land their double corner kick, but Braun caught their legs and proceeded to squash them with a running body splash. Then Braun shocked the crowd by tagging in Nicholas! Little Nicholas looked petrified as he stood across the ring from Cesaro. Nicholas made the wise decision to tag Braun back in, who made quick work of Cesaro with a Running Powerslam.
The Usos (Jimmy and Jey Uso) (c) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston, Big E and/or Xavier Woods) vs. The Bludgeon Brothers (Harper and Rowan) (Triple Threat Tag Team Match for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championship)
Winners: And the new WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions, The Bludgeon Brothers!
Highlights: The New Day marked their arrival to the ring with midgets dressed as pancakes joining them in a mini-parade. After the Bludgeon Brothers got to ringside and stood up on the apron, Kofi jumped into action by landing on dropkick on Harper. The Usos then did their best to keep both giants grounded. A Suicide Somersault Plancha took them out, but then one of the twins turned right around to meet Kofi’s Trouble in Paradise. The Bludgeon Brothers then woke back up just in time to begin torturing the entire field, which also included Woods. Once Harper got back into the ring, The Usos tore him apart with a series of tandem offense. After landing a Superfly Splash, one of the Uso twins looked to get the win. However, Harper kicked out of the following pin. On the outside, Rowan got into a brawl with both Usos.
All the while, Big E tried his best to take out Harper. Both men went at it tooth and nail before The Usos ran back in to keep their titles intact. Inside the ring, all three teams began a war of attrition on the top rope. Rowan ran in and shoved the Usos off the top rope, which led to Kofi facing a horrible same fate soon after. Rowan then grabbed hold of Kofi and put him into the waiting arms of Harper on the top rope. Harper then finished Kofi with a top rope sitdown powerbomb for the win.
AJ Styles (c) vs. Shinsuke Nakamura (WWE Championship)
Winner: And still the WWE Champion, AJ Styles!
Highlights: Nakamura’s entrance was marked by an amazing lineup of excellent violinists and drummers. The bell finally rang after AJ entered the ring and got introduced alongside his challenger, then the magic truly began. Both men got into some rough exchanges during their first few lockups. Nakamura tried kicking at the champ, but AJ dodged them and even grabbed his foot to force him down to the mat. While laying on the ropes, AJ looked down and got annoyed as Nakamura taunted him. This led to a striking contest between the two. Once both men got back into the middle of the ring, AJ kneed Nakamura in the face and followed that strike up with a Snap Suplex. AJ locked in a tight headlock on Nakamura, but he was forced to break the hold after getting pushed into the corner. After being freed, Nakamura blasted AJ with strikes. AJ shook them off and got the upper hand once again, however.
AJ kept Nakamura grounded soon after by placing him in a Chinlock. Nakamura eventually broke the hold, but moments later he was met with a Phenomenal Dropkick. AJ then hopped onto the ring apron to land something major, but Nakamura slipped him up kicking him right in the leg. Back in the ring, Nakamura used his arsenal of kicks to finally take AJ off his feet. After screaming at AJ to “COME ON!,” Nakamura began getting the better of AJ with his signature comeback offense. During Nakamura’s next suplex attempt, AJ cut him off by planting him face first into the mat. AJ started making his comeback and laying into the challenger. Nakamura found most of the air emptied out of him after eating a Pumphandle Gutbuster from AJ. AJ then signaled for the Styles Clash, but Nakamura forced him off and planted him on the ring apron. AJ then looked to land his Phenomenal Elbow, but Nakamura caught him just in time to plant him with a Landslide.
When the match got back into the ring, both men began battling on the top rope. Nakamura tried landing a big move, but AJ slipped underneath him and began damaging Nakamura’ knee. After kicking him in hat body area several times and shaking off the strikes landed on him, AJ locked Nakamura into a Calf Crusher. Nakamura writhed in pain for several moments, but he countered the hold minutes later by locking in a Guillotine Chokehold. AJ almost passed out several times, but he fought hard and deadlifted Nakamura into the air for a followup slam. AJ tried going for his Styles Clash again, but his injured back prevented that from happening. Nakamura clocked him with a counter kick and almost laid a knee into his back. But AJ slipped off the ring apron to dodge his strike and answered it with a Phenomenal Elbow. After being unable to finish Nakamura, AJ then came off the ropes with a Springboard 450 Splash. Nakamura got his knees up in time to counter AJ, however.
When both men got back to their feet, AJ and Nakamura lit each other up with some stuff elbow strikes. Then they clocked each other with their signature combos, which led to AJ landing a Pele on Nakamura. Nakamura didn’t go down though, which forced him to wake up up in time to knee AJ in the back of the head. Nakamura got his second wind and planted AJ with an Inverted Powerslam. Nakamura signaled for his Kinshasa, but his attempt was thwarted as AJ flipped him over to finally land a Styles Clash. After the match, Nakamura seemed as if was showing AJ respect. He handed him the title and bowed to him. Then all of a sudden, Nakamura low blowed the champ and kicked him repeatedly. Nakamura then left the arena after laying in a final Kinshasa to AJ while the crowd booed in unison.
John Cena vs. The Undertaker
Winner: The Undertaker!
Highlights: Earlier in the evening, a ref ran out to alert Cena to the fact that ‘Taker is in the arena. Later on during the show, Cena made his way down to the ring ready for a fight. However, another ref ran out to let Cena know that plans had unfortunately changed. This led to Elias coming out to musically mock Cena. Cena went back into the audience to watch the rest of the show at first, but Elias’ constant verbal poking forced Cena to run in and destroy him.
Afterwards, Cena made his way back up the ramp with a look of disappointment on his face. Suddenly, “The Deadman’s” music hit! He finally made his way out for an impromptu match against Cena. At first, ‘Taker pulled out all his best moves (even Old School!) to begin weakening a still in shock Cena. Cena eventually revived himself and used his signature comeback offense to get ‘Taker down. During Cena’s 5-Knuckle Shuffle attempt, ‘Taker popped back up and scared Cena silly! This caused him to walk right into a Chokeslam and a match ending Tombstone Piledriver.
Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey vs. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon (Mixed Tag Team Match)
Winners: Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey!
Highlights: HHH and Stephanie rode to the ring on their own personal motorcycles. Stephanie even stood on the ring apron to spit out water alongside her husband. Angle came out adorned in new Olympic gear, then Ronda hit the ring with her “Rowdy” Roddy Piper inspired gear. Both teams got into each other’s faces to start things off. Steph snuck in a quick slap and even grabbed the back of Ronda’s head to bring her down to start the match off. She ran off however and let HHH lock up with Angle. Angle dominated HHH during their initial exchange. The crowd roared “YOU STILL GOT IT!” as he took hold of HHH’s arm and worked it over. In a brief moment of distraction, Steph looked to enter the ring. This caused the ref to jump in to stop Ronda from getting in, which led to HHH throwing Angle over the top rope thanks to an assist from Steph.
Steph continued aiding her husband afterwards and causing Ronda to run at her, but the ref kept stopping her from landing any illegal offense. Angle began getting broken down as HHH beat him down and caught him with a vintage Spinebuster. Angle finally saved himself after using a boot to cut off a stampeding HHH. HHH woke back up and almost landed a nasty punch on Steph, but HHH stopped himself just in time to keep that from happening. Angle then landed a German Suplex on HHH and began crawling towards Ronda. When it looked like he’d actually tag Ronda in, Steph tripped Ronda and caused her to fall off the ring apron. Later on, Angle finally tagged in Ronda.
Ronda ran in like a house of fire and beat the holy hell out of Steph. Ronda used a number of brutal suplexes and nasty punches to torture her boss. As Steph sat in the corner in fear, Ronda got ahold of her and almost locked in an armbar. To break the hold, Steph dug her nails into Ronda’s eyes. Then Steph responded with a kick to her back and a snap DDT. Steph then locked her into a submission and even taunted her. This did nothing but further anger Ronda, who used a unique spinning Samoan Slam to take Steph down. Ronda pinned Steph to get the 1-2-3, but HHH woke up just in time to yank the ref out the ring. Then he did the same to Ronda, which forced Angle to jump on the offensive. Angle tried landing a German Suplex through the announce table, but HHH countered him by throwing him onto another one.
HHH then re-entered the ring and started squaring off Ronda. Ronda then popped the crowd as she started striking HHH in the corner with repeated punches. She almost dropped HHH with her signature suplex, but Steph prevented it from happening. On the outside, Steph finally laid Ronda out by throwing her face first into the corner post. Back in the ring, Angle began landing his sequence of comeback maneuvers on HHH. HHH fought back valiantly and almost finished Angle with a Pedigree, but Angle beat him back down to the mat with an Angle Slam. Angle then locked HHH into an Ankle Lock, which remained on until Stephanie ran into break it. Angle then locked the hold onto Steph for only a few seconds until HHH broke it up. He repaid Angle for the earlier Angle Slam he took with a Pedigree. He tried doing the same to Ronda, but Ronda flipped out of it and almost tapped HHH out with an armbar.
Stephanie ran in to save her husband, but her last ditch effort caused her to get locked into an armbar from Ronda. Angle then ran in and locked his Ankle Lock on HHH. While locked in the hold, HHH tried his hardest to break the hold and get his wife out of danger all at the same time. He managed to make the save by flinging Angle right into Ronda. Moments later, HHH took Angle down with a Pedigree but it wasn’t enough to finish him. HHH went for another one while Stephanie tried doing the same to Ronda. However, Angle flipped HHH over his back to the outside and left Ronda to take care of Stephanie. Ronda then put on a final armbar onto Stephanie and made her tap out as soon as the hold got fully locked in.

Highlights: Heyman did the honors as he announced his boy Brock. As soon as the match got underway, Roman ran right at Brock and tried to cut him down to size. But Brock swatted him away, stuffed him in the corner with repeated punches, and took him to “Suplex City.” This series of moves looked as if it finished Roman early, but it actually hyped him up and caused him to clean Brock’s clock with a Superman Punch. On the outside, Roman shoved his fist into Brock’s face after landing another Superman Punch. Once both men returned to the ring, Roman clotheslined Brock right over the top rope. Brock looked to be down and out, but he popped back up and began landing Belly to Belly Suplexes to Roman on the outside. Brock even catapulted Roman face first into one of the announce tables! Roman got treated like a rag doll for several minutes afterwards thanks to a trip to Suplex City.
Brock looked to put Roman through a table, but Roman escaped his grasp and flung him into the corner ring post. Once Roman got back to his feet, he connected with a vicious Spear on Brock that forced him to slide across an announce table. When the match got back into the ring, Roman dropped the champ with another Superman Punch and two Spears. But this still wasn’t enough to keep Brock down for the count. Roman let the crowd know he was ready to land another Spear, but Brock cracked him with a jumping knee strike. Brock then launched Roman into the air and planted him with an F5. Roman kicked out of the following pin attempt, which forced Brock to plant him with a second F5. Roman still held on for dear life, however. Brock looked for the finale he dreamed about after landing a third F5. But Roman still kicked out!
Brock pushed Roman to the outside and proceeded to F5 him right through an announce table. Brock then pulled Roman’s lifeless body back into the ring for another German Suplex and a followup F5. This caused Brock to take his gloves off and brutalize Roman with some extra stiff elbow shots. Roman then got busted wide open hard way. Brock tried landing another F5, but Roman slipped out his grasp and landed a Spear. He then went to land another one, but Brock caught him in midair and crushed his dreams of becoming champion with a final F5.
