Welcome to our Fantasy Football Kicker Rankings for Week 7 of the 2020 NFL regular season. In this week’s column, we discuss whether or not Brandon McManus can continue to ride his hot streak into an AFC West showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs. Plus, despite the lack of respect from other outlets and many fantasy owners in general, Younghoe Koo continues to dominate.

Kicker Outlook Week 7
To think that just 24 hours before writing this piece, Younghoe Koo (K1) was owned in just 29% of Yahoo leagues is downright disrespectful. If for whatever reason he happens to still be sitting on your waiver wire, do yourself and your team a favor and scoop him up. Koo has now scored 13.0-plus points in three of his last four games, including two 17.0-plus outings over that span.
To further drive home Koo’s excellence, the Atlanta placekicker has totaled the fourth-most fantasy points at the position this season, this despite missing a game due to injury. His 13.4 ppg this year are the most by any player at his position to appear in more than one game.
While Koo’s opponents this week, the Detroit Lions, are nothing to get giddy about, they have allowed an average of 9.0 ppg to opposing kickers over three of their four games this year. Don’t be surprised if Koo shatters that trend, as Atlanta’s offense looks to be back in full swing with the return of Julio Jones.
Koo’s absurd 20.0 outing in Week 6 was outdone by just one player. That player you ask? Brandon McManus (K9). After averaging just 5.33 points over the first three games this year, McManus has turned things up a notch of late. The Denver placekicker has not scored below 18.0 points over his past two games and is averaging an outrageous 21.0 ppg over that span, obviously the most amongst all players at his position.
While another 20-plus point outing may be asking too much, McManus is set to face off with a Chiefs team who has allowed 9.0-plus points to opposing kickers in three of their last four games.
