Insane Clown Posse is suing the FBI for labeling the Juggalos — ICP’s cult-like legion of fans — a “gang.”
ICP’s lawyers filed in Michigan to release FBI documents detailing the G-Men’s method of determining what is a gang and what is just a bunch of freaks who like a band.
The suit comes after a Freedom of Information act demanding the documents.
The FBI’s 20ll report on gangs — which includes some ridiculous gang names — determines the Juggalos to meet the criteria. Here’s the report:
