A jackpot winner for the historic $1.5 billion Powerball purchased the ticket in Chino Hills, California. Two additional winners have been reported in Tennessee and Florida. What is Chino Hills like and who is the winner?

Chino Hills is actually a suburb of Los Angeles. It’s located in the southwest corner of San Bernardino County. The city has a population of 74,799 as of 2010. Because of how close the city is to LA, many people are already joking that the winner might be a celebrity who didn’t really need the money. The name of the winner has not yet been released.
